It's important to choose programs carefully. Although television is the most important channel which provides us information and entertainment, it also has some disadvantages. Some of these programs which are full of violence and lust have a harmful influence on teenagers. Spending too much time on watching TV does harm to our eyesight. Therefore, we should choose programs which are helpful to our bodies and mind. The most important is not to be a couch potato.

Computer plays an important role in our daily life. They can not only help students hand in their homework quickly but also send information in time. As long as you tune on the computer, you will fall in love with it. However, be sure to remind yourself that don't sit in front of the computer for a long time. Most of parents don't like children to depend on the computer too much. Especially, it wastes time of discussing in bulletin board.
