Today is January2 of the lunar calendar, the day is that my parents have to go home which is married women's parents'. My grandmother's daughters go to my grandparents' house to cook ahead. My grandparents' house is near my home. When I reach my grandparents' house, I found my family is the last to be there and every foods are prepared. So we start to eat. My grandmother also invites her neighbors and friends to eat. Everybody eat happily, and so do I. After eating, my grandmother proposes playing poker cards. Finally, I am the winner. YA. Today is my lucky day.

My relatives invite me and my sister to go to kaohsiung. We accept this invitation. When I arrive 新新市場, I feel there become downward. I recall before whenever I go to there, there are many people. But now, there are become less and less people. And then, we went to 新崛江, there are too many people to shopping. After shopping, we went to my relative’s house. They prepare much delicious food for dinner. They have a dog that is very fat and cute. After dinner, we decide to visit my relative’s daughter’s new house. Because she got married lately, she has a new house with her husband. Her house is very big for two people living. And then, it time for go back to Tainan. It is such a fun day.

What can we do to keep ourselves healthy? There are three tips for staying healthy. Firstly, we should eat the right food and have a balanced diet. For example, eggs are good for us because they have a lot of protein in them which helps us grow. On the contrary, sweets and candies are bad for our teeth. Sugar in them can rot our teeth. And too much sugar will also make our fat. Secondly, we should take exercise regularly. On this society, people are too busy on work to take exercise. We should take triweekly exercise at least. Finally, we must keep in good mood anytime. Keep in good mood can keep tiredness away. If we keep in good mood, we don’t have a lot of pressure and nervousness. All of these tips can help us to stay healthy.
