Finally, taking exercise is beneficial for our healthy. It can strengthen our resistance. And it also can decrease the opportunity of cancer. In addiction, Only when we have good health are we able to enjoy our rest time. To sum up, we should take exercise as regularly as possible because it is indispensable to us.
